PARK BO GUM "NEW GENERATION HALLYU STAR"

Park Bo-gum (Hangul: 박보검; born June 16, 1993) is a South Korean actor and host. He gained acclaim with his diverse range of roles in television dramas: playing a psychopathic lawyer in Hello Monster (2015), a genius Go player in Reply 1988 (2015) and Joseon's Crown Prince Lee Yeong in Love in the Moonlight (2016). From May 2015 to June 2016, he hosted Music Bank on KBS2.

Born in Seoul on 16 June 1993, Park is the youngest of three siblings. His mother passed away when he was in fourth grade. "Bo-gum" means precious sword (寶劍). He started learning to play piano when he was five and initially wanted to be a singer-songwriter.

Park was in the swimming varsity team of Seoul Mokdong Middle School. During his sophomore year of high school, he sent a video of himself singing and playing the piano to prominent talent management agencies which led to several offers. Park, who have never thought of becoming an actor, later changed his career path after a suggestion that he would do well acting. After graduating from Shinmok High School, he enrolled at Myongji University's Film and Musical Studies Department. In 2015, he represented his university's cultural overseas exchange program where he traveled to cities in England, France, Italy 

and Switzerland.

Considered a "New Generation Hallyu Star", Park is also known for his upstanding persona. Colleagues describe him as kind and polite with the Korean media dubbing him the "National Man of Good Influence". He has also been affectionately called the "Nation's #1 Candidate for Son-in-Law" due to his diverse fan-base, from teens to grandmothers. In addition, advertisers often cite his "boyishness and manliness", "easygoing and high-class image" and "bright and positive vibe".

B2ST LEAVES CUBE ENTERTAINMENT & MAKE THEIR OWN LABEL

B2ST will be leaving Cube Entertainment to create their own label.

On the 15th, the boys' 7-year contract with Cube Entertainment ended. The 5 current members of B2ST will not be renewing their contract but creating their own label together.

Doojoon had hinted that they would not be staying with Cube Entertainment, and it looks like the new start he was talking about is quite a landmark for both B2ST and the fans. According to insiders on the 16th, B2ST feels thankful for Cube Entertainment for debuting and fostering them, but the members want to try new things, so will not be renewing their contracts so they can create their independent label

BTS and MBC lash out at Korea's current political scandal?

Fans know that BTS has long protested societal injustices in their songs, and this time, they might have had support.

On the 29th's episode of MBC's 'Show! Music Core', a peculiar thing happened: BTS performed not just their title song, but also "Am I Wrong". It's very, very rare that an artist performs more than just their title song when it's not their comeback (or sometimes goodbye) stage. However, the boys performed "Am I Wrong", their song that urges listeners to think about how crazy the world is.

The entire song is a criticism of society, with lyrics such as "If you don't feel anything when watching the news, if you don't feel anything at those comments, if you don't feel anything at that hate, it's abnormal that you're normal." Fans are speculating that this is not just BTS' comment at the current political situation in Korea, but also MBC's commentary as they're the ones who probably suggested - at the very least allowed - BTS to perform the song outside of their comeback week.

Korea's president Park Geun Hye has had a rather eventful presidency. However, this latest scandal where she admitted to the relationship between her and a cult leader is her biggest yet, with her approval rating down to 14% when it was revealed that Park Geun Hye was receiving political advice from a religious cult. Since the scandal, the president has called for a mass resignation of all 10 of her senior aids, and Korea has gone on a large protest demanding her to give up the presidency.

2PM PERFORM IN JAPAN "TOKYO DOME TOUR" IN FRONT MORE THAN 100,000 FANS!

2PM heated up Japan with their Tokyo Dome concert!

The boys were at the dome on October 26 and 27 for their 'The 2PM in Tokyo Dome', performing 25 songs over 4 hours on both days in front of more than 100,000 fans. Sixteen out of the 25 songs were self-composed by the members.

The boys performed the Japanese version of "I'll Be", and performed other hits such as "Heartbeat", "I'm Your Man", "A.D.T.O.Y", "Come Back When You Hear This Song", and "Hands Up". The performances were also the boys' 99th and 100th performances in Japan, making the concerts even more special for both the group and the fans.

JUNGKOOK - BTS

JUNGKOOK atau JEON JUNGKOOK merupakan salah seorang ahli kumpulan BTS (Bangtan Boys) yang sedang berada di puncak populariti ketika ini. Lahir pada 1 September 1994 di Busan Korea dan merupakan pemilik darah berjenis A. 

Beliau merupakan ahli termuda  (maknae) dan berposisi sebagai main vocalist, lead dancer & rapper di dalam BTS. Memiliki paras rupa yang comel & kacak sudah cukup untuk memikat hati para peminatnya. Beliau juga tak lokek dengan senyuman dan sering menjadi perhatian para penggemarnya.

Awal karier seninya dengan menyertai ujibakat SUPERSTAR K2 (MNET) dan terus terpilih untuk menyertai Big Hit Entertainment. Tapi ianya tak semudah itu, Jungkook pada awal nya tidak mempunyai kemahiran di dalam bidang tarian, dengan inisiatif pihak pengurusan yang nampak akan potensi beliau terus membuat keputusan untuk mengahrat beliau ke USA bagi mempelajari teknik tarian persembahan sepenuhnya. 

Dengan usaha itu, beliau bersama 6 ahli yang lain mula di perkenalkan ke umum pada 13 June 2013 dengan single mereka yang berjudul "NO MORE DREAM". Bermula dengan saat itu, Jungkook mula di kenali dan mula mengumpul pngikut2nya. 

Jungkook juga merupakan salah seorang VISUAl bagi BTS. Tak salah lah tanggapan para peminatnya, beliau sunnguh pandai menari, mempunyai vokal yang bersih dan ciri-ciri mimikat tersendiri. Ibarat melihat sesuatu yang tertarik di saat tatapan yang pertama. 

Masih jauh langkah perjalanan yang harus di laluinya dalam dunia seni ini. Bagaimana tidak, Jungkook perlu lebih fokus dan lebih menghargai pendukungnya agar dia lebih positif dan berjaya kelak. FIGHTING JUNGKOOK/KOOKIE
